SPECIFICATION REQUIRED

Send the current product reference.

Share a drawing, current box label, product photo or equipment requirement. The matching dimensions, finish, packing and current supply will be checked before quoting.

Request a current drawing and quotation to confirm the available specification.

SPECIFY THE REEL AND THE NAIL

Built around your automatic feeding system.

Jumbo coils carry a longer collated nail supply on a reel. For a pallet manufacturer or machine integrator, selecting the nail is only half the task: the complete reel must fit the feeder, unwind correctly and reach the nailing unit.

01

Jumbo reel

Nail geometry, outer diameter, core, height and winding.

02

Feeding system

Reel support, unwind direction, strip tension and wire positions.

03

Nailing unit

Approved nail range, collation and transfer path.

04

Pallet assembly

Representative timber, nail pattern and sample-joint approval.

Standard coils and Jumbo reels solve different feeding needs

Standard coil

Start with the nailer magazine, nail size and listed nails per coil.

Jumbo reel

Start with the automatic feeder interface, reel geometry, winding and the nailing-head specification.

Capacity

A larger supply can change replenishment intervals. Actual capacity, reel weight and usable run time depend on the approved configuration.

No universal reel capacity or machine compatibility is assumed. Send the machine brand and exact model, plus a reel drawing or current reel photographs.

Qualify a sample on the actual line

First compare the drawing with the feeder interface. Then check loading, unwinding, strip transfer and nail driving on the actual equipment, using representative timber. Record misfeeds, incomplete driving, wire debris, nail position and joint acceptance against your own process requirements. Agree the sample reference and reel configuration before a repeat order.

Choose for your workpiece and equipment

01

Specify the carrier interface

Provide maximum outside diameter, core or axle dimensions, coil height, winding direction and permitted weight. A high nail count alone does not prove fit.

02

Specify both nail and collation

Include shank, head, length, finish, weld positions and feed orientation. Confirm the reel dimensions, capacity and weight against the actual feeder. Capacity is specific to the approved reel configuration.

03

Run a full-coil qualification

Observe unwinding from outer turns to the end, feed interruptions, weld breakage and driving results. Record actual rejects and reload time against the current consumable.

DEFINE THE ORDER, NOT JUST THE FASTENER

Agree reel handling and shipment packing.

Quantity & packing unit

State your quantity in pieces, strips, reels, boxes or cartons. Confirm the conversion between inner packs and shipping cartons.

Samples & minimum order

Send the selected specification and trial quantity. Sample availability, minimum order and lead time will be checked for the requested configuration.

Labels & documentation

Discuss custom packing, private labels and required drawings or documents before order approval. Keep an agreed sample, label and specification reference for repeat orders.

Questions before you order

Jumbo describes the coil format and capacity. Nail dimensions are selected separately for the joint and the equipment.

A useful quote also needs carrier dimensions, nail geometry and feed arrangement so the proposed coil can be evaluated on your machine.
