Where it's used
Explore the materials, joints and workshop tasks below. Match the fastener size and tool to your own workpiece before ordering.
Manual pallet assembly stations
Choose the nailer around the approved nail size and access to the pallet joint.
Crate-side fastening access
Check tool handling and nose access at the actual crate panel and batten connection.
Nailer-and-coil sample checks
Evaluate the exact nailer and proposed coil together on representative production timber.

SPECIFICATION REQUIRED
Send the current product reference.
Share a drawing, current box label, product photo or equipment requirement. The matching dimensions, finish, packing and current supply will be checked before quoting.
Request a current drawing and quotation to confirm the available specification.
Photos show Meite tool references. Confirm the exact supplied model and manual; images do not establish Elite manufacture or compatibility.
COMPATIBILITY IS A COMPLETE CHECK
Match the tool to the fastener you actually use.
01
Identify
Manufacturer, complete model and supplied variant.
02
Compare
Nail diameter, length, head, angle and magazine limits.
03
Prepare
Approved operating pressure, air supply and manual.
04
Qualify
Sample loading and driving on representative material.
Tool photographs retain their original manufacturer labels. Ask for the exact supplied model and manual; operating pressure, weight and magazine capacity are confirmed from that documentation. A similar model name is not sufficient evidence.
Choose for your workpiece and equipment
01
Choose an exact model
CN55, CN65B, CN70B, CN80B, CN90 and CN100B require separate checks. Obtain the current manual, nameplate details and complete accepted fastener dimensions.
02
Check workshop requirements
Request the specified air demand, connection, actuation system and maintenance instructions. Have the workshop verify its air supply and operating procedures against the chosen manual.
03
Plan service before the order
Identify wear parts, parts diagrams, repair arrangements and warranty terms for the actual brand and model. Confirm these in the quotation rather than assuming them from a product photograph.
DEFINE THE ORDER, NOT JUST THE FASTENER
Packing, samples and order documentation.
Quantity & packing unit
State your quantity in pieces, strips, reels, boxes or cartons. Confirm the conversion between inner packs and shipping cartons.
Samples & minimum order
Send the selected specification and trial quantity. Sample availability, minimum order and lead time will be checked for the requested configuration.
Labels & documentation
Discuss custom packing, private labels and required drawings or documents before order approval. Keep an agreed sample, label and specification reference for repeat orders.
Questions before you order
Does the model number define the full nail range?
No. The current manufacturer manual must confirm minimum and maximum lengths, shank and head dimensions, and the accepted collation.
Can I order a matching gun and nails together?
Include both specifications in the enquiry and request a combined sample evaluation. Successful feeding and driving should be confirmed for the exact pair.
Application limits to check
- Do not infer large-head roofing compatibility from a CN model name.
- Do not adapt a handheld nailer for automatic triggering without an equipment-approved system.
