Wire Collated Coil Nails Supplier
Elite Fasteners supplies standard 15° wire collated coil nails and jumbo coil nails for pallet manufacturers, wooden packaging producers and importers. Choose from Q195 or Q235 steel and smooth, ring or screw shanks, with coil packing matched to your nailing equipment.

Steel options for both coil formats
Standard and jumbo wire collated coil nails
Steel nails are joined by welded wire and wound into coils for mechanical feeding. Standard coils load into compatible pneumatic nailers; jumbo reels serve automatic pallet nailing systems. Both formats offer similar nail and shank options, with different coil support and packing requirements.
15° standard coil nails
Compact wire collated coils for compatible pneumatic nailers used in pallet assembly, repair, crates and wooden packaging. Available with smooth, ring or screw shanks in Q195 or Q235 steel.
Sizes: metric and inch references, with nails per coil listed by size
Usual MOQ: 200 cartons per size
Typical lead time: 25–30 days
Jumbo coil nails
Large wire collated reels for automatic pallet nailing machines. A plastic centre support and rigid cardboard discs above and below support the coil. Nail specifications are selected around the machine’s feeding requirements.
Typical packing: 3,000 nails per coil
Carton quantity: 3 coils / 9,000 nails
MOQ: 400 cartons
Jumbo describes the coil format. Nail length alone does not determine the format: the longer sizes in our standard range remain standard coils. See the full standard coil nail size table for individual metric and inch references.
Steel and shank options for your timber
Q195 or Q235 steel
Both grades are available for standard and jumbo coils. Q235 has a higher base-steel yield-strength grade than Q195; wire processing and nail design also affect the finished nail. Select with the wood species, board thickness and moisture condition in mind.
For dense timber or mixed reclaimed boards, share a nail sample and the working conditions. Assess driving and joint performance on the actual timber before settling on a specification.
Smooth · Ring · Screw
Smooth: an even shank surface; consider where driving resistance and cost are priorities.
Ring: annular ridges; consider when resistance to nail pull-out is important.
Screw: a helical profile; compare its grip and driving behaviour with ring shank in your timber joint.
For reusable pallets, shank choice is one part of the joint specification. Timber, nail dimensions, fastening pattern and handling conditions also matter.
Match coil nails to your nailing equipment
Pneumatic coil nailers
Check nail length, shank and head diameters, collation angle, wire position and coil dimensions against the exact nailer manual. A diameter and length match is the first screening step.
Automatic pallet nailing systems
For jumbo coils, also check the reel support, feed path and accepted coil format. Send the machine model and a photo or specification of the coil currently in use.
Coil nail packing and bulk orders
Specify both nails per coil and coils per carton when comparing quotations. The same carton count can represent different quantities of nails and different feeding formats.
Standard coils
Example: 300 nails per coil × 30 coils per carton = 9,000 nails. Packing varies by nail size and the agreed coil count. Cardboard separators divide the layers; longer nails may require fewer coils and layers.
Jumbo coils
Typical packing: 3,000 nails per coil × 3 coils per carton = 9,000 nails. Jumbo coils use plastic centre support and cardboard protection above and below. Their cartons generally have a square footprint.
Minimum orders and lead time
Standard coil orders usually start at 200 cartons per size, with a typical lead time of 25–30 days. Several standard sizes can be combined in an order. The MOQ for jumbo coils is 400 cartons.
Palletized shipment
Standard coil cartons are palletized for shipment. Share the order mix and destination port to discuss LCL or full-container loading. A full-container order can combine several sizes to make better use of the shipment.
Coil nails for pallet and packaging production
Pallet assembly & repair
Review the board thickness, timber condition and joint when choosing nails for new pallets, pallet repairs and wooden packaging. Select the coil format around the equipment used at the workstation.
Automatic pallet production
For automatic nailing stations, review the nail specification together with reel support and feed geometry. Jumbo coil nails are supplied as the fastener consumable for the agreed machine setup.
