Compare nine catalog series groups by crown width, wire gauge and leg length. Choose around the material being fastened and the stapler you already use.
Evaluate the 1010F, 80, 14 and 71 families for thin material and appearance-sensitive work. Crown and wire cross-section differ, even when leg lengths overlap.
02
Narrow crown for woodworking
90 and 92 series use 18-gauge wire with different crowns. Board thickness, joint details and stapler magazine dimensions determine the starting point.
03
Wider or heavier fastening
P40/2638 and 1450 cover distinct crown geometries. A wide crown spreads the contact area; it does not make a staple interchangeable with another series.
